Slowly gets me right here now
Slowly gives me the moment
Slowly honors what I am doing
Slowly brings compassion
Slowly allows room for more
Slowly includes all the extraneous pieces into the whole
Slowly makes things crystal clear
Slowly teaches me patience
Slowly allows me to see all of it
Slowly keeps my attention
Slowly calms meSlowly I move, step by step, into action

Inner process of completing

Completing is an inner process carried out physically. The inner part is the conscious awareness of and connection to our own attention.

Today I invited my Treats’ subscribers to commit to changing one habit that would make a difference for them and to post their choice here on my blog.
The habit I am choosing to change is to stop saying I cannot see without my glasses. The change is to start seeing on my own, unassisted.
My neighbor gave me the name of a woman here in Ojai who teaches people to see without glasses. I went for a session and in 90 minutes we covered all the basics on how to see without glasses.
Immediately I saw more clearly and I am continuing. I stopped using my prescription glasses and bought some dollar readers in lower magnitudes so I can start practicing to reduce my dependency on glasses. I am finding it thrilling. I assumed I would always need glasses and stronger prescriptions. It is simply not true. My friend’s granddaughter (who is ten years old) is no longer wearing glasses using this same method.
