For over three decades, my energy has been focused on serving people in the experience of greater confidence through completion--both personally and professionally. I contribute my learning about holding my focus and attention to demonstrate the power of being present and relaxed in our focus.
I have worked with a broad range of clients over the years in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Having come from the corporate world, I am aware of the pressure and demands faced day-to-day.

Before consulting with individuals one-on-one, I held senior positions at JP Morgan Chase and the University of Santa Monica. I earned my MBA from Simmons College and Masters in Applied Psychology from the University of Santa Monica.
And I completedd my Doctorate in Spiritual Science.
