Hour of Focus
- Celebrate yourself with consistent undivided focus, beginning with listening.
- The Hour of Focus series is about enhancing your ability to focus with the silent support of others.

The call is designed to assist you in focusing your attention for one hour without interruption on something you would like to complete.
A short listening process at the beginning of the call attunes you to the action that is aligned and on purpose.
You will have the silent support of all the other people on the call to hold that focus for you as they are doing the same for themselves. Think of the call as setting boundaries for yourself with group support.
The format of the call is simple:
- The calls begin promptly on the hour with a few remarks by me followed by a listening process.
- I put the call on mute and we all work for the hour.
- I unmute the call two minutes before 10am.
- I close the call with a few remarks.
What people are experiencing:
It worked very well for me. I continued for another hour after our call. At first I didn't know if I was really going to do it 100%. Afterall, who could see me or know? But there was something in the group intention that brought me forward for my own self and I was able to uber-focus in a way that worked for me. In fact I was reviewing material of former ahas and insights and, due to this committed focus, I was having insights on the insights and an overview of connectedness and I am now referring to this time as The Hour of Power. I was so very happy for knowing that I was part of a loving group supporting each other in silence. I am appreciating more and more the beautiful power of focus and silence. I am learning more and more about disconnecting from "outside" to get things done all the way. I enjoyed the Focus Hour so much that I am just working on doing it as a mini-habit , blocking time on a regular ba AG
I'm sure I'm not the only one who says, "Thank you", out loud, to you after. I'm very grateful for these hours and am so happy you continue to offer them. KW
I focused on something that is pressing, but that I have been procrastinating on and feel so much relief that I made movement in that direction. GC
I got to the end of the call, finished my project exactly when you came on to close the call, and started to cry, and I can't seem to stop. Taking that focused time gave me a chance to realize the intense amount of stress I have been living under. NK
