Video Call or On-Site Session Completing Physical Actions:
The coaching is done remotely by video call or on-site at your home or office. You'll spend one or two productive days learning the process and building new systems, using your current work and completing your backlog. Following the on-site coaching, we will have a series of phone sessions to make sure your systems are running smoothly and supporting you effectively.
